Dennis Denoncourt was one of the founding partners when the firm was incorporated in 1985. Originally located on North Main Street in Laconia, the firm moved to its present location in the renovated historic Railcar Assembly building on Water Street in 1988. In 2002, James Waldron, who had been with the firm since 1987, became a partner. Also that same year, David Lynch, one of the founding partners retired but remained active with a limited workload until 2010. The firm expanded when Sean Sullivan joined the firm in late 2009. In early 2010 we acquired the practice of our good friend and colleague Lewis Aldrich, who passed away in February 2010. Effective January 1, 2010 the firm changed its name from Lynch & Denoncourt, PA to Denoncourt, Waldron and Sullivan, PA.
